I have a desire to learn about desserts and wine. I'm in search for questions to be answered. What ingredients taste better when combined to make delicious desserts? Which wine should I drink with my meal? What makes a good wine so great?
I enjoy baking, and trying new dessert recipes. I create custom sweets for friends including cakes, cupcakes, cake pops and cookies. To expand my sweet knowledge I follow other sweet bloggers, watch Food Network, TLC (Cake Boss!), Travel Channel and the Cooking Channel. :) I've been told I like to "play with my food."
I live in the San Joaquin Valley and like to participate in wine tasting opportunities by visiting wineries and wine events. I'm a beginner at wine tasting, so I prefer red and white wines on the lighter scale.
Overall, I live a sweet and fun life. :)
